The beginner exercises include bench presses. You can warm up by doing a couple of sets of fifteen repetitions each followed by four heavy sets. Make sure that you are using the heaviest weights possible. Once you are through with this exercise, you can then concentrate on doing variations of these bench presses. For example, you can do a pair of warm up sets followed by five heavy sets. You can also do dumbbell flyes consisting of four sets of 10 and 8 as well as six and four repetitions.

Also, if your chest is weak compared to the rest of your body then you will need to do some weak point training as well as priority training.

The advanced chest exercises should begin with barbell bench press consisting of two warm up sets followed by four sets of ten, eight, six and four repetitions.
